One bedroom Lock and leave holiday home

This is a great little base for holidays in the South of France. Renovated, fully furnished and in a great village between the mountains and the sea, it is completely ready to enjoy then lock and leave.
The roof was redone in 2012 and the bathroom in 2013. There is officially no outside space but as it is in an impasse there is space for a table and a couple of chairs outside the front door. The village has a café with a large outdoor terrace and another little café as part of the newsagents. There is also a large park with a boules area and plenty of benches and the walking and cycling in the area is just fabulous. (you can follow all my walks on Wikiloc, I lived in Pouzolles for 15 years!).
The ground floor is the kitchen / dining and there is a storage space which used to house the WC so there is plumbing for a laundry. The first floor is the living room with a wood burning stove (the only heating) and the second floor is the shower room and bedroom. The bedroom has a great mezzanine area with a view towards the chateau!
Pouzolles is a great place to enjoy the real South of France. Practice your french buying bread at the bakery, meet the locals at the weekly village party every Friday night in Summer, enjoy pop up food events in the park on Monday nights, regular bands at the bar, the lake at Vailhan, the Mediterranean sea and kayaking in the rivers.
