This bright village house is currently a lock and leave holiday home but could be a very comfortable year round home. It is in easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants of the lively village of Murviel Les Beziers. Murviel is just a 5 minute drive to river swimming at Réals and a 15 minute drive to Beziers. It is one of the rare villages where you could holiday without a car, once there you can walk to several shops and restaurants and cycle to the river.

The house is on a corner so has windows on two sides and it benefits from being in a small square so the houses opposite are not directly facing it. As a holiday home it is ready to unpack your suitcases, as a full time home you may want to add another heating system though there are already radiators and double glazing except for one window. There was a fireplace that has been blocked but could be opened up to add a pellet burner.

The wide entry hall with decorative floor tiles leads to the comfortable stairs and to the left a storage space and the garage. The garage has an electric door and fits a small car (and also has lovely floor tiles as it used to be a shop). There is a good turning space.
The first floor houses the fully equipped kitchen / dining area and the cosy living room. The second floor has two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower over bath & wc and the top floor has the third bedroom with ensuite shower room plus an attic area.
