Magalas, a village with shops and restaurants, 20 minutes from Pezenas and Beziers, 25 minutes from Beziers airport.
This large family home has been cleverly divided into three apartments (two of which have access to each other for larger groups) for holiday rentals. The current owners come regularly and depending on the time of year and friends and family use, they rent one, two or three apartments. Each has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and they are in really good condition, just unpack your suitcases.
All of the bedrooms are large doubles in size and each gite currently has one room with two singles and one with a large double bed. In each there are two bathrooms or shower rooms.
There is a garage accessible only via gite 2 but it runs under the whole house and is very useful storage space with an access for one car.

Access to the gites is via the courtyard which is a good size for outdoor dining for all three gites and could also take a jacuzzi or above ground pool. Additional car parking could also be created.

Gite one is all one one level so, while there are a couple of steps to get there, it is popular for less mobile guests.
Gite two is set out over three levels and has a west facing dining terrace.
Gite three is above gite one and it has a terrace beside that of gite two making it ideal for larger groups to share.
