An external stone staircase leads us up to a balcony from which we enter the house. A small glassed-in hallway gives us a taste of what awaits inside. A rather unusual living room with a ceiling height up to the second floor in the middle of the room and a large fireplace decorating the room to the full. A few steps up we find a bright and airy bedroom. A shower room with WC is adjacent to the hallway and living room and we then continue and enter a large dining room with room for many diners. The dining room leads us into the cosy kitchen, also with room for dining table and chairs and with access the lovely and incredibly charming garden which is completely secluded and filled with greenery. From the dining room there is also a door that takes us into a large laundry room/storage room that also has a door taking us into the garden. The garden also has a lockable door leading out to a back street. Handy for removing garden waste.
From the dining room we also find the stairs up to the top floor and there are 3 large bedrooms, one with adjacent bathroom/shower room with WC and a nice terrace overlooking the garden and the green hills in the background.This terrace is shared with the next bedroom which has apparent stone walls and a skylight. The third bedroom also has a private, sunny terrace. When we are directly above the living room, there is a small family room or reading room and a shower room with WC.
This is a house that must be experienced - words and description are almost impossible to do it justice.
