Former fortified farmhouse, partly destroyed and burned in 1703 by a troop of Camisards descended from the Cévennes, (remains of foundations, walls, stones and square plan with its typical inner courtyard), it is rebuilt in the middle of the 18th century as a farm house.
Completely restored, the property consists of a main house and 3 cottages that can be used immediately, (possible contact with the existing clientele).
The main house, built on two formerly wine-growing vaults, consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom, a large secure office, a 45 m2 living room with a 3-sided closed fireplace, a fitted kitchen and a shower room/toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 1 dressing room and 1 shower room with WC. The whole on 200 sqm.
